Terms & Conditions
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if there is any problem, we will always try and remedy this as soon as possible. However as required by UK legislation, there must always be terms and conditions of any sale. We aim to keep these to a minimum and explain any terms and conditions in plain language.
Acceptance Of Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such an event your sole recourse shall be the return of any amount paid by you related to your order (if any).
Payment for any art purchased can be made securely online. We use Worldpay for all online transactions and we accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions will appear on your statement from Cutting Corners Art & Framing Limited. See below for more about us. You can also purchase any art in person at our gallery in Crieff and our framing studio in Dunfermline.
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. We use reputable couriers and specialst art couriers for delivery. You will be asked to sign for any items delivered. We expect you to receive your art within 5 - 7 days of placing your order, but on occasion this may not be possible and we will inform you of any delay. Prints are normally dispatched in art tubes. Framed or float mounted prints are normally dispatched by art courier.
Your Rights Of Return & Cancellation
If we delivered you the wrong item or your art arrives damaged or in poor condition, please complete our returns form. We may ask you for a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Please tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please complete our online form or send your request by email or letter within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
If you select a refund for damaged or incorrect art, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery together with the cost of returning the art to us. However if you have simply changed your mind, then you must cover the cost of returning the art to us.
We attempt to describe our products as accurately as possible. If you purchase an item and you believe it is not as described, please return it in unused condition requesting an exchange, refund or credit.
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability of the product.
